This charming hotel is located directly on the Moselle in the Wolf district of Traben Trarbach. Wolf is on the busy bicycle and boat route from Traben Trarbach to Bernkastel-Kues. The bicycle route passes right in front of the door of this hotel with its beautiful terrace overlooking the Moselle.
In both Wolf and Traben Trarbach many things are organized for tourists and locals, there are still many wineries and businesses with local delicacies.

Owner’s house approx. 80m²: second floor: living room with balcony and Mosel view, kitchen with built-in kitchen, dining room, bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Second floor: bedroom with roof terrace and Mosel view, walk-in closet, landing and convertible attic.

General: This charming hotel is in a good state of repair and has always been well maintained over the years, the rooms, the hotel business and the outdoor terraces are modern and freshly decorated and furnished. Heating is provided by an oil-fired central heating system and much of the hot water for guests comes from a solar boiler system with a 500 ltr buffer.To continue running this hotel, no immediate major investments are to be expected.The current owners have reached retirement age and would like to hand over their lovingly run hotel to a new enthusiastic owner.
