This beautiful half-timbered monument with barn, terrace and large garden with Mosel view stands on a beautiful location in the middle of Bullay.
Slanting alleys and old half-timbered houses in the centre combined with the pronounced Moselle hospitality in numerous hotels, restaurants and taverns ensure your well-being. Along the banks of the Moselle you will find peace and relaxation during long walks on very well-developed footpaths along the water’s edge, one of the longest (about 1000 meters) of all Moselle villages. Due to many measures, especially in the field of local beautification, Bullay has developed in recent years into an attractive tourist resort and has already received several awards in the state competition. “Our village needs to become more beautiful” To explore further highlights of the Moselle region, Bullay is one of the best starting points on the Moselle with its very favourable location between Trier and Koblenz, as well as the convenient transport connections through the train and bus station and the Moselle bridge.

This beautiful monument is in an excellent state of maintenance, the nature slates on the roof and the electricity are in 1999 by order of the municipality of Bullay renewed to be able to use it as a small museum. This museum has now stopped exhibiting. In the house and the outbuilding many beautiful historical details have been preserved. The house is heated by electro speicher heaters and a kitchen and a bathroom need to be built in. Once this is done you will have a unique object as a holiday home or for holiday rental.
Next to the plot where the house and the outbuilding are located, there is another plot with a building and a large garden with a view of the Moselle from the garden (ca.50mtr.). The building is rented for the next 9 years for the storage of the stuff that came out of the museum. Is this lease ended once or will it be ended sooner then a second small house can easily be made in the building.
