General: This beautiful historic rectory in Senheim on the Moselle actually consists of 2 buildings, which are connected by an inner courtyard. The main building is the actual rectory with spacious rooms, authentic elements and high ceilings, the second building was formerly intended for viticulture and is now being converted into guest rooms with luxury standards. The oil central heating currently has an outdated, working oil boiler, but there is a good used Buderus boiler from 2008. Furthermore, large parts of the water, heating and electricity pipes have been renewed and are already in place, for example, in the attic. The roof is covered with natural slate and is in good condition.
This historic rectory is ideal for living, possibly with a home office in the main building and guest room rentals in the second building. You could also live here very well with 2 families. Of course, other combinations are also possible.
We would be happy to tell you more about this historic rectory and show you around during a tour.
