  • Information on other financial obligations
  • Information on own capital
  • Information on the identity of the requester (copy passport)
  • Information on tangible securities
  • Recent salary slips
  • The preliminary purchase contract

For independent entrepreneurs

  • The financial books from the last 3 business years
  • Tax declaration from the last 3 years
  • Information on own capital
  • The preliminary purchase contract

Amortization free mortgages are generally not provide in Germany. It is common rule to amortize the whole mortgage within 15 to 25 years.
