There is also a campsite with a marina, tennis courts and numerous well-marked hiking trails. Of course, there are also the wine festivals and various events.

First floor: landing with staircase access, 2 bedrooms, dressing room (possibly children’s room), bathroom with wc and washbasin (shower built-in definitely possible).

Second floor: landing, large living room with adjoining loggia with lovely views of the vineyards.

General: This beautiful town house with loggia is in a good state of repair. The cosy cottage has wooden windows with single glazing and is heated by so-called Nachtspeicher stoves. Yes, of course there are still some things to be improved, but the beautiful old panel doors and the beautiful staircase in an authentic colour scheme and of course the spacious loggia with fabulous views over the vineyards make this house very worthwhile. You can park in the public car park 50 metres away.
