In the year 1933 this former wine-grower’s house was built in the old centre of Neumagen-Dhron. About 1978 this home was completely renovated.

The shed to the right of this building, which offers a lot of storage room, was built in 1949. It is possible to reconstruct this shed.

Except for a small section infront of the house most of the property of about 150 m² is built on.

The ground floor has a surface of about 40 m² which contains a kitchen that is connected to the living room and has 2 hallways. The second floor, that is reachable by a marble stairway, inlcudes 2 bedrooms, hallway, and bathroom with tub, shower and toilet (approx. 36 m²). The bathroom was renovated in 1995.

All electrical and water installation and the brown wooden isolated windows with PVC shutters are from 1978.

The floorings are either tiled or furnished with carpet. There’s no central heating, the builing is heated by single electric furnaces but it is possible to install a fire place in the kitchen.

Underneath the building and shed there’s a cellar.

The building is well suited as a vacation home.
