Description

Property Description:
Welcome to a unique property that combines historical character with top-quality contemporary living comfort. This charming farmhouse was thoroughly renovated in 2014/2015, both inside and out, using natural, high-quality materials and the utmost care. The result is a home that leaves nothing to be desired — both visually and technically.

Main Building – Renovation in Detail:
During the renovation, the exterior walls were ecologically insulated with 5 cm of reed, and all interior walls were replastered with clay. All floors were replaced: on the ground floor, Grauwacke tiles and solid oak flooring create a stylish atmosphere, while solid wood floors were installed on the upper levels.

The entire house is equipped with modern underfloor and wall heating, powered by a deep-drilled geothermal heat pump — efficient, sustainable, and future-proof. All electricity, water, sewage, and heating systems were completely renewed.

The roof structure was partially renovated and insulated, preserving the original oak beams. All windows (solid oak, double-glazed) and all interior doors were replaced. The original wooden staircase was lovingly sanded and oiled, and a new chimney flue with an open fireplace provides cozy warmth and ambiance.

Outdoor Area:
The rubble stone façade was stripped of old cement plaster, sandblasted, and re-pointed. The roof was carefully redone with high-quality natural slate. New solid larch wood shutters complete the harmonious look.

Outbuildings and Property:
The grounds have been lovingly restored and fenced with traditional enclosures. A small, old barn was renovated with a new roof and rear wall. The large barn next to the main house received a new roof and now houses a powerful 20 kW photovoltaic system on the field side, as well as two wall boxes for e-mobility.

In addition, the property features an electronically controlled small sewage treatment system.
