This free-standing house in a park-like setting is located in Tellig (Zell).
Tellig has about 300 inhabitants, is 121 ha large and is situated in the northern Hunsrück at the edge of the Altlayer Bachtal valley about 5 km from the Moselle, at an altitude of 445 m above sea level. Tellig belongs to the municipality of Zell, district of Cochem-Zell.
The village was first mentioned in 1275 as “Tellich”. From 1794 it was under French rule. In 1815, at the Congress of Vienna, the town was annexed to the Kingdom of Prussia.
The Zell district of Althaus can only be reached via Tellig.

General: This beautiful detached house in a park-like setting with an unobstructed view was built in 1999 on a specially created model park of prefabricated houses by the leading company Bien Zenker. The park as such still exists, but the houses with the land underneath were sold to private persons at that time. There are also parts of the park that are intended for the public and are managed by an owners’ association. You can imagine that when a company like Bien Zenker builds an exhibition model, it builds a model of good quality.
The house is heated with gas central heating, which also provides hot water. The state of maintenance is good.
Currently the house is used as a holiday home and rented out, with a good rental calendar included in the price for 2022. Of course you can also use this house for your own use, but then according to the already open bookings.
