This monument house from 1743 in need of renovation is located in Enkirch on the Moselle. Enkirch is located on the Middle Moselle between Traben-Trarbach and Zell. This listed house from 1743 requires extensive renovation, for which various funding could be available. According to the owner, the beams were replaced inside, if necessary, the floor under the new bathroom was replaced, a new electrical meter cabinet was installed, various pipes with insulation for the central heating were laid and many walls were replaced. The plaster has been removed so that the beam structure is visible and new double glazed windows have already been installed on the ground floor.
